Job Description

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain investor presentations, fund brochures and talking points with accurate, consistent data.
Coordinate materials and logistics for client meetings, LPAC sessions and co-investment opportunities.
Draft timely responses to regular and ad-hoc investor enquiries on portfolio holdings and strategy positioning.
Track timelines and deliverables; ensure on-time completion across contributors.
Collate inputs from investment, reporting and client teams to address information requests.
Synthesise market and portfolio insights into clear, client-ready content.
Own quality control of all client-facing outputs.
Adopt a proactive approach to problem-solving and handle sensitive client matters with sound judgement.

Requirements

2-3 years’ experience in a client-facing role within institutional asset management.
Strong interest in markets and leveraged finance; excellent written and verbal communication.
Familiarity with private credit and corporate direct lending concepts.
Proven project management and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, Communications or related; MBA/CFA a plus.
