Scrum Master / Project Manager - Irving, TX - Contract - $61-71 Per HR

We are looking for a skilled professional to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic technology initiatives. This hybrid contract position requires expertise in Agile methodologies, project management, and a strong understanding of software development practices. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project timelines, budgets, and risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile practices and remove impediments to meet sprint commitments.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across various departments and stakeholders.
• Communicate project status and risks to leadership through reporting and metrics.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Agile Program Manager roles.
• Expertise with Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Proficient with Agile management tools like Jira or Confluence.
• Strong understanding of software development practices and release management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
