Description:

Seeking to hire an experienced Senior Project Manager to work on a large, technically complex AI initiative from planning through execution and delivery. This role requires a strong project delivery background, comfort working with technical teams, and the ability to manage work across Agile and/or hybrid methodologies. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, relationship-oriented, and skilled at bringing together business, technology, product, and operations partners to drive alignment and deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a large technical AI project, ensuring scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and outcomes are actively managed.
• Partner closely with AI, data, engineering, product, risk, operations, and business stakeholders to align priorities and remove delivery barriers.
• Manage work using Agile and/or hybrid project delivery methodologies, adapting practices to fit the needs of the project and organization.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, roadmaps, status updates, decision logs, risk and issue logs, and dependency trackers.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing large, complex technical projects or programs, preferably involving AI, automation, data, analytics, or emerging technology capabilities.
• PMP is required.
