About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on IT Project Manager who knows the ServiceNow platform inside out and excels at working directly with business leads to deliver metrics, dashboards, and operational reports.

You will act as the key link between technical teams and business owners—making sure projects run smoothly while pulling the exact data and reports leadership needs to track performance.

What You’ll Do

• Drive ServiceNow Projects: Manage project timelines, delivery schedules, and scope for ServiceNow platform enhancements, releases, and process updates.
• Work with Business Owners: Partner directly with business leads to understand what metrics they care about, how they measure success, and what insights they need.
• Data Extraction & Reporting: Hands-on pulling of data, building dashboards, and creating clear reports directly out of ServiceNow (SLAs, KPIs, CSAT, operational trends).
• Bridge Tech & Business: Turn technical platform updates into clear business language and turn business requests into actionable technical tasks.
• Keep Things Organized: Maintain standard PM discipline—track risks, manage RAID logs, run team status meetings, and keep executive stakeholders updated.

What We’re Looking For

• Consulting/GSI Background: Background working as a PM at a tier-1 IT consulting firm or GSI (such as Deloitte, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, TCS, Wipro, Accenture, etc.).
• Solid ServiceNow Expertise: Solid, practical knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, SPM/ITBM) and its built-in reporting/analytics tools.
• Hands-on Reporting Skills: Experience pulling raw data, organizing operational metrics, and presenting concise reports to business leadership.
• Strong Communication: Ability to build relationships with senior business stakeholders and present data clearly without getting bogged down in jargon.
• Agile Management: Comfortable leading projects using Agile/Scrum methods (Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow SPM).

Nice to Have

• Background in Financial Services, Wealth Management, or Banking.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS) or PMP/ScrumMaster certification.
