The Role • Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their locations. • Perform a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of light vehicles. • Manage stock, complete reporting, and maintain clear customer communication. • Think independently and make sound decisions to resolve customer issues effectively. • Represent the organization with professionalism and provide excellent customer service. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician. • A valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 points. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
