Key Responsibilities



Mandatory Skills Banking and Commercial Lending domain knowledge

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.

Support end-to-end construction loan lifecycle, including origination, underwriting, approval, servicing, and payoff.

Analyze loan draw processes, inspections, disbursements, covenant tracking, and project monitoring requirements.

Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and business rules.

Support UAT, defect management, and production implementation activities.

Collaborate with lenders, credit teams, risk management, operations, and technology teams. Required Skills

8+ years of Business Analysis experience.

5+ years of Commercial Lending domain experience.

Strong knowledge of: o Construction Loans o Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Lending o Loan Origination Systems (LOS) o Loan Servicing o Draw Management & Disbursements o Credit Analysis & Underwriting o Covenant Monitoring o Risk & Regulatory Compliance

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Strong SQL and data analysis skills.

Excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skills. Preferred Qualifications

Experience with lending platforms such as AFS, ACBS, nCino, Loan IQ, PrecisionLender, or similar.

Experience in large-scale lending modernization or cloud transformation programs.

CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA certification preferred
