The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics.
• Provide emergency breakdown support and quick, confident solutions to members.
• Tackle a variety of automotive challenges, from simple fixes to complex fault-finding.
• Start and finish your shifts from home, managing your own workload.
• Act as a proud ambassador for the brand, ensuring outstanding member service.
• Respond to call-outs with technical expertise and a calm, confident demeanor.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in technical, electrical, and diagnostic work.
• A strong customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to think on your feet and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Comfort working independently and managing a varied schedule.
