The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services directly to customers at their location.
• Manage your own a leading employer in this sector van, equipped with essential tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Conduct a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of light vehicles.
• Maintain stock, complete reports, and ensure excellent customer communication.
• Represent the company professionally and provide exceptional service on every customer interaction.
• Work independently, making sound judgments to resolve vehicle issues efficiently.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• Proficiency in working with a diverse range of light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 penalty points.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to think critically and problem-solve in dynamic situations.
