CMDB Specialist - ServiceNow & Platform Analyst Path

Sysintegra Pty Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Configuration Management Specialist with strong ServiceNow expertise to join our growing IT team in Australia. You will help drive CMDB initiatives and ITSM improvements across the ServiceNow platform.

During the first 12 months, you will expand into a broader Platform Business Analyst role, supporting HR Service Delivery, Strategic Portfolio Management, Integrated Risk Management, Security Operations and Now Assist AI.
