Sales Team Developer

Globe Life Liberty National Division: Carder Agency is seeking a Sales Team Developer to recruit, train, and lead a growing team of insurance sales professionals. In this performance-driven role, you'll coach agents on prospecting, needs-based selling, and closing life and supplemental health insurance solutions for individuals, families, and businesses. You'll model effective in-person sales, track performance metrics, and drive team goals. Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of insurance sales agents.

• Support agents with in-person client meetings and joint field work.
