Senior Program / Engagement Manager – Healthcare | UiPath Automation- Remote- Contract to Hire

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Program / Engagement Manager with 15+ years of US Healthcare experience and strong UiPath/RPA Automation expertise to lead enterprise healthcare technology and digital transformation programs.

Must-Have Skills

• 15+ years of US Healthcare Technology experience
• Strong experience in Payer, Provider, or Life Sciences
• UiPath / RPA / Intelligent Automation experience – Must Have
• Strong understanding of programming and software development concepts
• Experience with one or more programming languages: Java, C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript, or SQL
• Ability to understand application architecture, code, APIs, integrations, and technical dependencies
• Experience leading enterprise automation and digital transformation programs
• Healthcare experience with EHR/EMR, RCM, Claims, Prior Authorization, PBM, or Healthcare
• Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, APIs, HIPAA, and CMS
• Experience with Azure/AWS, cloud modernization, DevOps, and integrations
• Exposure to AI-enabled automation
• Experience supporting RFP/RFI, proposals, discovery workshops, and pre-sales
• Strong client engagement, executive stakeholder management, and team leadership skills

• UiPath Certification
