Job Description

Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking a Team Member Relations Specialist to support a positive, guest-first culture. In this role, you will handle employee relations inquiries, guide supervisors on policies, and assist with investigations and conflict resolution. You will coordinate onboarding and HR processes, maintain accurate records, and support performance and recognition programs. The Specialist partners with leaders to promote engagement, retention, and compliance with tribal, state, and federal regulations, while modeling our values of respect, teamwork, inclusion, and service excellence in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for team member relations questions and concerns
  • Support and guide supervisors on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Assist with employee relations investigations and documentation
  • Coordinate onboarding and HR processes for new hires and internal moves
  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR and employee relations records
  • Support performance management and recognition programs
  • Promote engagement, retention, and positive workplace culture
  • Ensure compliance with tribal, state, and federal employment regulations
  • Partner with leaders to address conflict and coach for resolution
  • Assist with HR communications, trainings, and special projects
