Chain Sales Merchandiser

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits seeks a Chain Sales Merchandiser to support chain retail accounts in the wholesale beverage industry. In this field-based role, you will execute merchandising standards, build displays, rotate stock, ensure accurate pricing, and maintain shelf integrity for wine and spirits brands. You'll support sales initiatives, set up promotional materials, monitor inventory, and communicate store opportunities to sales consultants. This role requires frequent travel between accounts, strong customer service, and the ability to lift and move cases in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise wine and spirits products in assigned chain retail accounts
• Build and maintain in-store product displays and promotional setups
• Ensure accurate pricing, shelf tags, and planogram compliance
• Rotate stock to maintain freshness and minimize out-of-codes
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs
• Support sales consultants with execution of promotions and brand priorities
• Maintain strong relationships with store managers and key staff
• Report on competitive activity, store conditions, and opportunities
• Travel daily between multiple accounts within assigned territory
• Lift, move, and stock product cases safely in a fast-paced environment
