Supply Chain Analyst

The Supply Chain Analyst III will serve as a Logistics Project Manager supporting a Robotics program. This role owns the endtoend purchase order lifecycle — from PO creation through final delivery — ensuring materials move efficiently, on time, and with full visibility across procurement, vendors, and logistics operations. The position also leads strategic logistics projects aligned to evolving robotics program priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Endtoend PO management → Track purchase orders from creation through delivery, escalate risks/delays.

• Crossfunctional coordination → Act as liaison between Procurement, vendors, and Logistics Ops.

• Vendor management → Monitor vendor performance, flag issues early, and drive resolution.

• Process optimization → Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to accelerate material flow.

• Strategic logistics projects → Lead initiatives such as supplier onboarding, warehouse/routing optimization, and scaling logistics for new robotics programs.

• Reporting & dashboards → Maintain accurate tracking dashboards and provide regular status updates.

• Risk mitigation → Anticipate disruptions and develop contingency plans.

MustHave Skills

• PO/procurement workflow management → Demonstrated experience managing purchase orders endtoend.

• Hardware/robotics/manufacturing logistics → Background in environments handling physical components.

• Customs/importexport processes → Experience with compliance for hardware components.

• Reporting & communication → Strong ability to document and present logistics status.

• Workflow automation with AI → Experience automating procurement/logistics workflows.
