We're looking for Cultivation Technicians to help nurture and grow strong, healthy cannabis plants. You’ll be hands-on in every stage of plant growth-from propagation to harvest-working in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. Our ideal candidate is positive, self-motivated, and takes pride in detailed, hands-on work. Key ResponsibilitiesPlant Life Care:Topping and bottoming plantsTransplanting and defoliatingTraining plants according to standard practicesWorking with various grow mediaScouting for signs of disease or pestsAdhering to national cultivation standards and protocolsHarvest Support (for smaller sites):Prepping grow rooms for harvestHarvesting and breaking down plantsDefoliating and hanging plants to dryCleaning flower and drying rooms between harvestsSanitation & Facility Maintenance:Sweeping, mopping, and general cleaningCleaning plant containers and tablesMaintaining cleanliness of all cultivation tools and equipmentReporting equipment or facility issues to management promptlySafety & Compliance:Stay alert to potential hazards in the workspaceFollow all area safety protocols and PPE requirementsComplete and maintain required trainingAccurately complete compliance documentationFollow GMP, sanitation, and biosecurity standardsMaintain and calibrate tools/machinery as directedPromptly report any safety or quality concernsWorking Conditions:Regular physical activity: reaching, bending, standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs)Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods while maintaining focusWork in hot, humid environments (85+ degrees, 70% humidity) for extended periodsDaily exposure to allergens (e.g., cannabis, tree nuts, coconut oil)Comfortable working at heights (6-8 feet) using catwalks, ladders, and scaffoldsFast-paced, physically demanding, and evolving work environmentQualifications:High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or certifications preferredPrior cultivation or agricultural experience is a plus but not requiredStrong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPsDependable, adaptable, and team-orientedAdditional Requirements:Must be 21 years or olderMust possess a valid state-issued IDMust be able to obtain and maintain state cannabis credentials (includes background check and state review)If you're ready to grow your career while helping plants thrive, we encourage you to apply.
