MuleSoft AMS/Development Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on MuleSoft AMS / Development Engineer with strong experience in both MuleSoft development and L2/L3 production support. The candidate should have solid expertise across CloudHub 1.0 (CH1), CloudHub 2.0 (CH2), Runtime Fabric (RTF), Anypoint Platform, and hybrid/cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Develop, enhance, deploy, and support MuleSoft APIs and integrations using Mule 4, Anypoint Studio, DataWeave, RAML, REST/SOAP, JSON, and XML.

• Strong hands-on experience with CH1, CH2, RTF, Anypoint Platform, Runtime Manager, API Manager, and Anypoint Exchange.
• Experience supporting hybrid MuleSoft environments, including cloud and on-premise connectivity.
• Provide L2/L3 AMS support, including incident resolution, production troubleshooting, RCA, performance issues, and permanent remediation.
• Support P1/P2 incidents, deployments, configuration changes, certificates, patches, upgrades, and platform maintenance.
• Experience with CH1-to-CH2 migrations and RTF deployments is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of API security, OAuth, TLS/mTLS, certificates, monitoring, logging, and performance tuning.
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, DevOps, and automation for MuleSoft deployments and operational activities.
• Ability to work effectively in a 24x7 enterprise production support environment.
• Exposure to Vibes / AI-assisted engineering for development, testing, documentation, log analysis, troubleshooting, RCA, and productivity improvement is preferred.
• Strong analytical, debugging, communication, and documentation skills.

Experience: 4+ years in MuleSoft development and production support; MuleSoft certifications preferred.
