Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Functional Tester with expertise in Integrated Eligibility systems and a strong understanding of SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) and TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) policies.

The ideal candidate will:

 Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts to ensure system functionality aligns with eligibility policies and business requirements.

Validate system processes for SNAP/TANF case management, eligibility determination, and benefit issuance.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand policy changes and translate them into test scenarios.

Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.

Provide insights on policy compliance and system accuracy in alignment with federal and state regulations.

Requirements:

 

Hands-on experience with Integrated Eligibility systems.

In-depth knowledge of SNAP and TANF policies and workflows.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.

Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
