Partner with department leaders, resort management, the Director of Finance, and corporate leadership.

Identify opportunities to strengthen controls, improve recurring accounting procedures, and implement scalable process and system improvements. Participate in leadership meetings, resort events, and special projects as assigned. A four-year college degree, preferably in Accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Five to ten years of progressively responsible finance or accounting experience, including hospitality accounting. Experience managing financials for multiple properties. Advanced knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and GAAP.

Strong financial-statement preparation, analysis, reconciliation, and interpretation skills. Experience leading accounting operations and developing finance or accounting professionals. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced resort environment and remain flexible regarding schedules, weekends, and holidays.
