HALO ITSM Configuration Specialist - Contract

Remote UK 9 Months Outside IR35 ASAP

HALO ITSM Workflow Design Workflow Configuration ITSM Business Analysis API Integrations

Are you an experienced HALO ITSM Configuration Specialist with strong hands-on experience designing and building workflows within HALO?

We're looking for a HALO ITSM specialist to join a major service transformation programme, designing, configuring and delivering new services across multiple business departments.

This is a hands-on role. You'll take requirements directly from stakeholders, translate them into HALO service designs, and then configure and build the workflows yourself - owning delivery from discovery through to UAT and go-live.

What You'll Be Doing

Designing and configuring HALO ITSM workflows, ticket types, SLAs, custom fields, portal forms, approval processes and conditional routing, alongside requirements gathering, process mapping, testing and UAT.

You'll also work with REST APIs and integrations including SharePoint, Azure DevOps and webhooks.

  • Requirements Gathering & Process Mapping

  • UAT, Testing & Service Deployment
  • REST APIs / HALO Integrations
  • Experience onboarding services/departments onto HALO ITSM

HALO ITSM experience is essential - we're specifically looking for candidates who have personally designed, configured and built services/workflows within the platform, rather than simply administered or used HALO.
