Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Agile Business Analyst Product Owner to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by translating business needs into clear, actionable product requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agile methodologies, backlog management, stakeholder engagement, and requirements documentation while supporting end-to-end product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into product features.

Create and maintain high-quality user stories, epics, features, acceptance criteria, business rules, workflows, and functional documentation.

Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery priorities.

Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, backlog refinement sessions, and other Agile ceremonies.

Conduct discovery sessions, stakeholder workshops, and requirements gathering meetings.

Work closely with Engineering, UX, QA, and Product teams to define MVP scope, implementation strategy, and release plans.

Develop and maintain delivery roadmaps while effectively communicating project progress, risks, dependencies, and priorities.

Support SDLC activities from requirements gathering through implementation and post-production support.

Ensure business requirements are clearly documented and understood across cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

6 8 years of Business Analysis experience with at least 6 years working in Agile environments.

Experience creating formal business documentation and workflows.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional business and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Healthcare, Pharmacy, Supply Chain, Data, Analytics, Reporting, or other regulated industries.

Experience supporting AIML, NLP, or Large Language Model (LLM) initiatives.

Familiarity with Databricks or similar modern data platforms.

Experience working in small or fast-paced organizations.

Knowledge of project management methodologies and Agile best practices.
