Business Analyst with P&C Experience and Insurity Pro Suite (formerly known as Sure MGA)
Chicago, IL
Exp: 7+ Years
Minimum qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
Seven or more years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis or functional consulting.
Three or more years of experience supporting commercial P&C insurance Policy Administration Systems.
Experience with Insurity Pro Suite, Sure MGA or another comparable commercial P&C policy administration platform.
Strong understanding of the commercial P&C insurance policy lifecycle.
Experience supporting submission, quote, bind, issue, endorsement, cancellation and renewal processes.
Strong experience creating:
o Business Requirements Documents
o Functional Requirements Specifications
o User stories
o Acceptance criteria
o Use cases
o Process flows
o Data mappings
Experience analyzing integrations, APIs, interfaces and system data flows.
Experience supporting Agile, Scrum or hybrid software-delivery methodologies.
Experience participating in system testing, UAT, defect triage and implementation activities.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work directly with business leaders, underwriters, product owners and technical teams.
Ability to work effectively in a client-facing onshore role.
Willingness to complete Insurity product training or certification, where required.
