Location: Mississippi (Need Locals)
ONSITE
There will be about 50% travel
Travel will primarily be to manufacturing facilities, including locations such as Mississippi, with candidates ideally located in the Southeast (North Carolina to Texas).
Need a true BA - needs to come from food and beverage or manufacturing

Job Description:
ERP Deployment Business Analyst – Production & Inventory
The analyst will support production, inventory, shipping, receiving, and related plant processes throughout each ERP deployment wave.
The ideal candidate has manufacturing ERP rollout experience, strong business analysis and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work directly with plant teams to resolve issues and support operational adoption on the plant floor.
Key Responsibilities
Support ERP deployment activities, including requirements, process validation, testing, data validation, training, cutover, go-live, and Hypercare.
Work hands-on with plant operations, business users, and technical teams to analyze issues, identify root causes, and support resolution.
Create and maintain business requirements, test materials, process documentation, training materials, and job aids.
Support production, inventory, warehouse, shipping, and receiving processes and transactions.
Apply lessons learned to improve future deployment waves and ongoing system support.
Travel extensively to plant locations based on deployment and support needs, including concentrated periods of on-site work.
Candidate Profile
Experienced business analyst with hands-on manufacturing ERP implementation and support experience.
Strong production and inventory process knowledge; food and beverage or poultry experience preferred.
Experience supporting full deployment cycles and resolving operational issues in a plant environment.
Infor M3, Factory Track, or CFS experience preferred.
Strong communication, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability and willingness to travel extensively and provide on-site support as needed.
