Job Title: Technical Writer

Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid)

Job Description:

Experienced skilled Technical Writer to help build structured, high-quality SharePoint content for Al tools such as Claude, OpenAl, and other enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, organize, and maintain SharePoint-based documentation for Al tools and platforms Translate complex technical concepts (Al models, SaaS tools, workflows) into simple, user-friendly content
  • Structure content to optimize readability, discoverability, and usability by both humans and Al agents.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to gather technical information and requirements
  • Create documentation such as

--Knowledge base articles

--User guides and how-to documentation

--FAQs and troubleshooting content

--Process documentation and workflows

  • Maintain consistency in tone, format, and structure across all documentation
  • Continuously refine content based on user feedback and evolving Al capabilities
