About the Company

Oracle Cloud Program Manager lead the successful delivery of a portfolio of strategic programmes and projects, ensuring outcomes align with business priorities and deliver measurable value. Managing a team of Programme and Project Managers, you’ll create a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and delivery excellence.

About the Role

You’ll oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning and mobilisation through to execution and benefits realisation, ensuring effective management of scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, and dependencies. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll act as the key escalation point for delivery challenges, providing clear reporting, influencing decisions, and driving alignment across business and technology teams. You’ll be responsible for optimising delivery approaches, balancing resource demand and capacity, and ensuring programmes are positioned for long-term success. Alongside this, you’ll champion continuous improvement, embedding best practices, developing delivery capability, and fostering a strong delivery community that consistently delivers high-quality outcomes at pace.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning and mobilisation through to execution and benefits realisation.
  • Ensure effective management of scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, and dependencies.
  • Act as the key escalation point for delivery challenges, providing clear reporting and influencing decisions.
  • Drive alignment across business and technology teams.
  • Optimise delivery approaches, balancing resource demand and capacity.
  • Ensure programmes are positioned for long-term success.
  • Champion continuous improvement, embedding best practices and developing delivery capability.
  • Foster a strong delivery community that consistently delivers high-quality outcomes at pace.

Qualifications

  • Relevant qualifications or certifications such as APM, PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, AgilePM, or SAFe are desirable.

Required Skills

  • Significant experience delivering complex Oracle Cloud and ERP transformation programmes, leading multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale portfolios of projects and programmes, ensuring successful delivery, governance, and business outcomes.
  • Strong leadership experience managing and developing Project Managers, Programme Managers, and cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Expertise in programme governance, risk management, assurance, reporting, and delivery controls across complex environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver business and operational transformation initiatives that support strategic objectives.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and challenge senior business and technology leaders.
  • Experience managing dependencies, risks, resource constraints, and competing priorities across a portfolio of change activity.
  • Deep understanding of project and programme delivery methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
  • Proven ability to drive delivery performance, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills with a focus on collaboration and results.
  • Commercially aware, with an understanding of budget management, forecasting, and value realisation.
  • A strategic, outcome-focused leader with strong decision-making, prioritisation, and continuous improvement capabilities.
