Required Skills

• 10+ years of Performance Testing / Performance Engineering experience
• Experience leading end-to-end Load and Performance Testing engagements
• Strong experience in workload modeling and performance test planning
• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining performance test scripts
• Experience executing Load, Stress, Endurance, Scalability, and Capacity testing
• Strong application performance monitoring and root cause analysis experience
• Experience preparing performance reports and presenting findings to stakeholders
• Ability to lead a small team while remaining hands-on
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Preferred:

• Oracle PeopleSoft performance testing experience
• Enterprise ERP application performance testing experience
