About the Role

KR3 Information Systems Inc. is seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise AI solutions that drive business innovation and digital transformation. This role requires expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), Cloud Architecture, and Enterprise Integration.

The ideal candidate will architect scalable AI solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and guide projects from strategy and proof of concept through production deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AI and Machine Learning solution architectures for enterprise applications.
• Develop AI roadmaps aligned with business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.
• Architect Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), LLM, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Design scalable cloud-native AI architectures on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Build AI solutions using LangChain, LangGraph, vector databases, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Define enterprise AI governance, security, compliance, and Responsible AI best practices.
• Lead proof of concepts, technical evaluations, and production implementations.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, Product Managers, Security, and Business Leaders.
• Establish MLOps and LLMOps processes for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative enterprise solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Software Engineering, Cloud Architecture, or AI/ML Engineering.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience designing and delivering Generative AI or Machine Learning solutions.
• Strong experience with:

  • LangChain / LangGraph
  • Vector Databases
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform AI services.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Experience with APIs, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
• Knowledge of MLOps, LLMOps, DevSecOps, AI Governance, and Responsible AI.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master''s degree in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, or related discipline.
• Cloud Certifications (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Experience with Vertex AI, Azure AI Studio, Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, Gemini, or OpenAI.
• Experience with AI evaluation, observability, and monitoring tools.
• Experience designing multi-agent AI systems and enterprise AI platforms.
• Background in regulated industries such as Healthcare, Government, Financial Services, or Insurance.
