AI/ML/Kiro AI Developer :: Remote

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Kiro asset development - Build and test Steering, Hooks, Skills, Specs and agentic capabilities that encode customer engineering standards.

Steering - Codify coding standards, security and compliance policies, architecture patterns, approved libraries and documentation conventions in Kiro context.

Hooks and automation - Implement automations on save, commit or task events, including unit tests, secrets and security scanning, linting, style checks, documentation and changelog updates, and pull-request template enforcement.

Skills and agents - Create reusable capabilities for requirements-to-spec conversion, test-case generation, Infrastructure-as-Code scaffolding, AI code review and release-note generation.

Spec-driven delivery - Take business intent through clarified requirements, task breakdown, implementation, tests and iteration across up to three parallel BU projects.

Toolchain integration - Integrate Kiro capabilities with Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence and DevOps toolchains.

Measurement and refinement - Contribute to the cost-and-value measurement POC, refine assets using delivery insights and package them for COE handoff.

Enablement - Pair with customer champions and transfer the knowledge needed to own and extend the delivered assets.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience - Hands-on software engineering and enterprise application-delivery experience, including automated testing and CI/CD.

Core requirement - Strong AI developer-tooling, agentic workflow, automation, DevOps and integration experience.

Delivery capability - Ability to convert business intent into specifications, working code, tests and reusable Kiro assets.

Preferred - Direct Kiro experience and experience within Financial Services or another regulated enterprise.

Success measures - Centrally managed Kiro assets aligned to customer standards; production outcomes delivered on BU projects; reusable capabilities and documentation handed to the COE
