Job Description

Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Cutover Manager/Lead
Work Location: Remote
Long Term Contract

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Cutover Manager to lead end-to-end cutover planning and execution for a large SAP transformation program.

Must Have :

  • 8+ years of SAP implementation experience.
  • Minimum 2 SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementations.
  • Must have worked as the Cutover Manager / Cutover Lead on both Greenfield implementations.
  • Strong experience in cutover strategy, master cutover plan, runbooks, mock/dress rehearsals, data migration, go-live, and command center management.
  • Experience managing Go/No-Go readiness, risks, dependencies, rollback plans, and hypercare transition.
  • Strong stakeholder and cross-functional team management skills.

Important: Candidates with only S/4HANA experience or general cutover participation will not meet the requirement. The candidate must have hands-on Cutover Manager/Lead ownership in at least 2 S/4HANA Greenfield implementations.
