Senior Project Manager<br />Bideford<br />£80,000-£82,000 &amp; Senior Package Sphere Solutions are working with a successful large regional contractor to recruit an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a major new scheme in North Devon. This is an excellent opportunity to join a land mark scheme and take a leading role in the delivery of a prestigious development programme. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the successful delivery of a major multi-storey development
• Take overall responsibility for programme, quality, commercial performance and health &amp; safety
• Manage and coordinate the site-based project team
• Work closely with the client, consultants, subcontractors and supply chain
• Oversee construction activities from early stages through to completion
• Monitor project progress against programme and key milestones
• Ensure works are delivered to the required quality and specification
• Manage risks, issues and project constraints effectively
• Coordinate design, procurement and construction activities
• Provide strong leadership and direction to the wider project team
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental requirements
• Maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders About You
• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager on major construction schemes
• Strong traditional build experience
• Previous experience delivering multi-storey residential developments / apartment schemes
• Experience working with precast concrete and complex structural elements
• A strong understanding of programme, quality, commercial and health &amp; safety requirements The contractor is keen to interview quickly, so applications are being considered immediately. What's on Offer?
