The Role • Meet with residential homeowners to assess their comfort needs. • Present tailored HVAC system solutions in a consultative sales role. • Represent a leader in the home services industry with strong install support and warranties. • Utilize company-generated and pre-set leads—no cold-calling or canvassing required. • Leverage industry-leading warranties and fast turnaround times. What You'll Need • Prior residential in-home sales experience. • One-call-close experience is strongly preferred. • HVAC knowledge is preferred. • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. • Willingness to enter attics, crawlspaces, and work evenings/weekends as needed.
