The Role • Consult with residential homeowners to understand their comfort needs and present customized HVAC solutions. • Represent the company in a consultative sales capacity, leveraging strong install support and industry-leading warranties. • Engage with company-generated, pre-set leads with no requirement for cold-calling or canvassing. • Focus on delivering outstanding customer service and closing sales effectively. • Work evenings and weekends as needed to meet client availability. What You'll Need • Proven prior residential in-home sales experience. • One-call-close experience is strongly preferred. • Familiarity with HVAC systems is preferred. • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record. • The ability to pass a background check and drug screening. • Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
