Title: US Security Consultant - Identity & Access Management Services

Required skills:

10+ years as Business Analyst in IAM/PAM or cybersecurity domains. Experience with process mapping, workshops, and documentation. Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with CyberArk or PAM tools. Knowledge of ITIL, process engineering, or Lean methodologies. Experience supporting consulting engagements.

This role supports a CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) discovery and expansion program covering privileged account discovery, onboarding feasibility assessment, process analysis, PSM readiness, implementation roadmap, and delivery of an implementation-ready SoW. The engagement involves cross-functional coordination across Security, Infrastructure, DBAs, SOC, and Audit stakeholders. Drive process discovery, documentation, and data-driven analysis to enable implementation planning.
