Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle O2C Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle ERP R12, Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, and Advanced Pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide functional expertise across Oracle Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.

  • Handle production support issues, troubleshooting, and product enhancements.

  • Support Oracle Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Advanced Pricing, iSupplier, iProcurement, and BOM/WIP.

  • Participate in implementation, support, and integration projects.

  • Configure and design Oracle ERP solutions based on business requirements.

  • Assist business users with Oracle ERP functionality and day-to-day operations.

  • Collaborate with ERP project teams on enhancements and project deliverables.

  • Work with Oracle R12 tables and AOL objects.

Required Skills:

  • 7–10 years of hands-on Oracle ERP functional experience.

  • Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS R12.

  • Experience with Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, and Advanced Pricing.

  • Good understanding of O2C and P2P business cycles.

  • Experience in production support and implementation projects.

  • Strong configuration, design, integration, and troubleshooting skills.

  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Mandatory Conditions:

  • Must be willing to travel when required; exceptions are not permitted.

  • Must be flexible to work shifts as needed.
