Technical & Facilities Lead

As our Technical & Facilities Lead, you'll help set the standard from day one, building a proactive maintenance culture and leading a team that keeps the venue performing at its best.

• Leading and developing the Facilities team to deliver safe, efficient and proactive maintenance outcomes.
• Overseeing the maintenance and performance of bowling equipment, games, attractions, building services and venue infrastructure.
• Driving preventative maintenance programs to maximise asset lifespan and minimise downtime.
• Managing contractor relationships and coordinating facility projects.
• Ensuring compliance with all safety, regulatory and company standards.
• Partnering with venue leaders to improve operational efficiency and guest experience.
• Monitoring maintenance priorities, asset performance and expenditure to support business goals.

• Leadership experience in facilities, maintenance, technical operations or a similar environment.
• Strong technical aptitude and experience working with equipment, mechanical systems, attractions or building infrastructure.
• Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
• A proactive, hands-on approach and commitment to safety and operational excellence.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships across teams and stakeholders.
• Experience leading teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
