This Industrial Contr ols && Manufacturing Engineer opportunity plays a hands-on role supporting presses, CNC equipment, and critical plant systems while partnering closely with maintenance and engineering teams.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Industrial Contr ols && Manufacturing Engineer position include: 5+ years of relevant experience in industrial contr ols, manufacturing engineering, industrial maintenance engineering, electrical contr ols, automation, or a closely related field. Program and troubleshoot PLC ladder logic, including Allen-Bradley/Rockwell systems. Diagnose and repair manufacturing machinery involving hydraulics, pneumatics, motor contr ols, sensors, and 480V three-phase electrical systems.

Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and contr ol-panel/equipment documentation. Support preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, and root-cause analysis to improve uptime. Troubleshoot and support 250-3,500-ton presses as the primary equipment focus. Support contr ols integration and commissioning for new CNC/press and capital infrastructure projects. Maintain accurate technical documentation, PLC backups, and equipment knowledge retention through cross-training.

Salary: $125,000 per year, annual performance-based raises.
