Journi - Integration Developer

Description:
Diversified Systems is searching for a Journi - Integration Developer responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and supporting enterprise integration solutions using Microsoft .NET, C#, Azure cloud technologies, middleware systems, document storage and retrieval solutions, cloud hosting, and related technologies. The selected consultant will ensure integrated systems work seamlessly together to support performance, scalability, and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise integration solutions using Microsoft .NET, C#, Azure cloud technologies, middleware systems, document storage and retrieval solutions, and cloud hosting.
• Analyze solution components and their respective integration models.
• Assess integration options for high-volume processing.
• Apply best practices toward leveraging on-demand open APIs.
• Identify opportunities to reduce the need for data replication and integration.
• Drive continuous improvement by enhancing technical integrations, streamlining data flows, and optimizing system performance.
• Lead the development and implementation of complex solutions that meet tolling project requirements, leveraging CRM, Azure cloud services, IVR technologies, and integrations with external systems.
• Design and implement integrations between SAP, CRM systems, Azure cloud services, IVR systems, and external systems including payment gateways, backend databases, and traffic management systems.
• Design and optimize IVR systems to enhance tolling customer interactions and operational efficiency while ensuring integration with CRM and tolling backend systems.
• Fully document all created work, including technical and functional designs and diagrams, test plans, test scripts, impact analysis reports, lessons learned, best practices, and other documentation required by the Commission.
• Adhere to all Commission standards, policies, and procedures.
• Perform tasks and other duties related to the position as assigned by the Commission.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience as a Developer or similar role with knowledge of Azure cloud solutions, IVR systems, and integrations with external systems, specifically in tolling projects required.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft government and commercial cloud platforms, including Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS offerings required.
• Extensive experience designing and implementing integrations with external systems in tolling projects, including toll collection systems and traffic management systems required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required.

Desired Skills:

• 10+ years of experience developing complex systems integrations for high-volume organizations utilizing SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management solutions, and Microsoft Azure Cloud hosting solutions highly desired.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise integration services using C#, .NET 8+ / supported .NET LTS versions, and ASP.NET Core Web API highly desired.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs, microservices, and custom middleware components highly desired.
• Experience building Azure Functions using HTTP, Service Bus, timer, and blob triggers highly desired.
• Experience developing reusable components, shared libraries, and integration frameworks highly desired.
• Experience implementing JSON/XML payload transformations, validation, and data mapping highly desired.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Service Bus, including queues, topics, subscriptions, sessions, and dead-letter queues highly desired.
• Experience designing and implementing secure REST APIs following enterprise API standards highly desired.
• Knowledge of clean coding principles, SOLID design patterns, and secure coding standards highly desired.
• Hands-on experience with IVR systems design, development, and optimization, preferably in tolling or similar customer-facing environments highly desired.
• Understanding of tolling industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices highly desired.
• Prior experience with PA Turnpike tolling solutions highly desired.
• Master's degree preferred.
