Overview

Seeking an experienced IT Enterprise Business Analyst with expertise in EHR, Practice Management systems, HL7, healthcare IT, and application support. The role will collaborate with clinical, technical, administrative, and development teams to support system operations, requirements, integrations, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain EHR and Practice Management systems, including configuration, upgrades, patches, backups, and troubleshooting.
• Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Support HL7 integrations, system interoperability, and application performance.
• Analyze clinical workflows and recommend process and system improvements.
• Provide end-user and vendor support and create detailed JIRA/Ivanti tickets.
• Ensure HIPAA, data security, and IT compliance requirements are followed.
• Use REST APIs, Postman, and Swagger for testing and troubleshooting.
• Generate reports and provide technical support for Windows and cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with developers, administrators, vendors, and business teams to resolve issues.
• Participate in on-call/after-hours support when required.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience supporting EHR/Practice Management systems in a healthcare environment.
• Experience with system implementation, configuration, and application support.
• Knowledge of HL7, HIPAA, IT security, and healthcare workflows.
• Experience with AWS/Azure, Windows, JIRA/Ivanti, REST APIs, Postman, and Swagger.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent healthcare IT experience may be considered.
