Job Description
We are looking for an IT Support/System Engineer to support HPC and AWS infrastructure within the Design Technology team. The role involves platform operations, user support, security maintenance, patching, migrations, and infrastructure troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain HPC and AWS infrastructure.
- Perform Linux administration, OS/application patching, and migrations.
- Develop automation scripts using Python or other scripting languages.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, applications, and user issues.
- Support AI agents, MCP servers, Claude Code, Codex, and related technologies.
