🕒 Job Type: Long Term contract

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day End-User Computing (EUC) support for Windows desktops, laptops, and MacBooks.
• Manage enterprise endpoints using Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, configuration, compliance, patching, and software deployment.
• Support NDN (Network/Device/Endpoint-related services) and troubleshoot connectivity, device, and user issues.
• Administer Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policy, and endpoint security.
• Support device provisioning, imaging, application deployment, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot Windows and macOS operating systems, applications, hardware, and peripherals.
• Use PowerShell and automation tools to streamline endpoint management and support.
• Monitor and resolve EUC incidents and service requests using ServiceNow/ITSM tools.
• Implement endpoint security, compliance, and configuration standards across the enterprise.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to maintain a reliable end-user environment.
