Bilingual Advertising Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will develop new business opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and create customized advertising solutions that help businesses reach the Hispanic market.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign implementation and execution. Monitor campaign performance, provide insights, and recommend optimizations to maximize results. Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong verbal and written communication skills. Previous sales experience is preferred; experience in advertising, media, radio, digital marketing, or marketing is a plus. Strong prospecting, networking, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission during the initial compensation period. Base salary provided for approximately six months or longer, based on performance and employment agreement terms. Transition to a highly rewarding uncapped commission structure after the base salary period. Ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
