Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong consulting and client-facing background to lead complex technology initiatives from planning through delivery.
• The ideal candidate will combine strong project management expertise with a solid understanding of technology, architecture, software development, and enterprise delivery.
• This person will represent the organization directly with clients and serve as a trusted advisor to business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client-facing technical representative, building strong relationships with clients, business leaders, and technical stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects, managing scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Conduct client meetings, technical discussions, project reviews, presentations, and executive-level status meetings.
• Understand client business and technical requirements and translate them into actionable project plans and delivery strategies.
• Work closely with architects, developers, engineers, QA, product teams, and business stakeholders to drive successful delivery.
• Facilitate technical discussions and help align business objectives with technology solutions.
• Track project milestones, technical dependencies, risks, issues, and overall delivery health.
• Manage escalations and provide proactive solutions to project, technical, and resource-related challenges.
• Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, roadmaps, and executive-level communications.
• Lead requirements workshops, technical planning sessions, sprint planning, and project governance meetings.
• Ensure deliverables meet agreed-upon quality, timeline, technical, and business requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, technology enhancements, and additional consulting value.
• Coordinate across multiple teams and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Technology Consulting, or IT Delivery.
• Strong experience managing client-facing technology projects in a consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, cloud technologies, APIs, databases, integrations, and enterprise applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and C-level/business stakeholders.
• Proven experience leading technical discussions, presentations, workshops, and executive meetings.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and project governance methodologies.
• Experience managing project scope, budgets, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and escalations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to represent the organization professionally and confidently in front of enterprise clients.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification.
• Experience in IT consulting, digital transformation, cloud, data, AI, or enterprise technology implementations.
• Experience managing large enterprise clients and multiple cross-functional technical teams.
