Location: Hybrid – Atlanta, GA (2+ days onsite)

Duration: 12 months (expected)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the final implementation (testing & closeout) of Emphasys software onboarding (~60–70% complete) for 3 Housing Finance modules: IM&C/Development, Compliance, and Loan Servicing.
• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and execution.
• Coordinate internal teams and conduct weekly vendor (Emphasys) meetings.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local housing finance regulations.
• Monitor project risks, resolve issues, and drive successful delivery.
• Act as the primary liaison between business teams, leadership, vendors, consultants, and external partners.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of enterprise software onboarding/implementation project management with successful delivery.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional project teams.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools (Jira preferred).
• Strong project planning, organizational, time management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of software implementation, testing, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
