Director, Tax Credit Transactions

Job DescriptionViridan Group is partnered with a reputable renewable energy tax credit brokerage that is looking to hire someone to lead deal execution for their tax credit transfer business. Since their founding, less than 5 years ago, my client has already executed +$7bn in renewable energy transactions. In this position you will be responsible for leading transactions end-to-end from NDA through to closing.

More detailed responsibilities include:\n\n\n End to end management and execution of tax credit transfer transactions\n Managing term sheet proposals and negotiation\n Documentation support\n Advising tax credit buyers and sellers on optimal structuring options\n\n\nTo be successfull in this role, my client is looking for someone that is experienced in renewable energy tax credit transaction execution from a legal, banking, or advisory position.\n\nIf this sounds of interest, please apply here.
