We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator to join our collaborative team at Westfield Carindale.
This is a hands on, varied role where no two days are the same. You'll support the smooth and safe operation of the centre by coordinating contractors, supporting retailers, and maintaining high standards of safety, presentation, and compliance. Working as part of a supportive and collaborative team, you'll gain broad exposure across facilities operations while building your career within a busy and evolving environment.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for:
- Responding to reactive maintenance issues and completing onsite investigations
- Coordinating contractors to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
- Managing work orders, reporting, and administrative tasks through facilities systems
- Conducting routine inspections, safety checks, and supporting maintenance and minor works
- Building strong relationships with retailers, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Supporting capital works projects and ongoing improvements across the centre
- Assisting with incidents, emergencies, and compliance processes in line with procedures
This is a permanent full-time role, based on-site at Westfield Carindale.

Experience in facilities, property, retail, or a similar environment is highly regarded, particularly within high traffic or community focused environments.
