Senior Service Operations Security Technician- Locksmith

Provides on-site maintenance and repair services for DN customers. Performs services on assigned products including safes / chests, vaults, safe deposit boxes, after-hours depository, mechanical and electronic locks, general locksmithing, vacuum air tubes - including under-counter teller equipment - and security vestibules. Responds to service calls in an accurate and timely manner.

• Serves as a senior level Service Operations technician.
• Works with customers and / or fellow team members to analyze complex problems and perform detailed needs assessments.
• Performs advanced level service on various products, including safes / chests, vaults, safe deposit boxes, after-hours depository, mechanical and electronic locks, multivendor VAT systems, etc.
• Provides technical guidance to help others resolve issues and determine the root cause, helping insure non-recurrence.
• Leads by example with service call prioritization, call handling, call closure procedures and parts management.
• Recommends and helps implement service and process improvement procedures.

• Education or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Service Operations Security.
• Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
• Hold a valid Locksmith License in the province.

The annual base salary range for this position is 70,000 to 81,120

Actual compensation will depend on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, and relevant experience. Certain roles may include additional components beyond base salary, such as incentive opportunities or other forms of variable compensation. Details of any such components will be discussed during the interview process and will be governed by the applicable plan documents.
