We are seeking an experienced IBM BAW / BPM Developer with strong expertise in IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation (CP4BA) and IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW/BPM) to design, develop, and support enterprise workflow automation solutions.

🔹 Required Skills
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with IBM BAW / IBM BPM / CP4BA
• Strong expertise in Business Process Modeling (BPMN 2.0) including BPDs, gateways, routing, and loops
• Experience developing Coaches and Coach Views using CSS and JavaScript
• Strong integration experience using:

• REST APIs

• SOAP Web Services

• XML

• JSON

• AJAX
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, database concepts, and data structures
  • Experience deploying and managing applications on Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD practices
  • Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning experience in IBM BAW environments

🔹 Preferred Skills
• Experience with IBM Case Management and Decision Services within CP4BA
• Knowledge of enterprise workflow automation and digital process transformation
• Experience optimizing BAW application performance and scalability

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement workflow solutions using IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW)
• Build business processes, user interfaces, and integrations with enterprise applications
• Develop Coaches, Coach Views, and reusable workflow components
• Integrate external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise messaging
• Deploy and manage applications on OpenShift/Kubernetes environments
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance BAW applications for performance and reliability
