Job Details: 

• Provide oversight for Non-Production Stores 3PL
• Coordinate and drive business reviews with Non-Production Stores 3PL
• Ensure alignment with Manufacturing, Facilities, Tooling and Maintenance needs to mitigate production impact at an optimized cost
• Monthly financial reconciliation supporting the Finance function
• Participation with Maintenance, Production, and Plant Leadership to ensure clarification and confidence
• Ensuring service provider performance (monthly reporting)
• Develop and update data and reporting for Non-Production 3PL functions
• Daily analysis for optimization of inventory levels and spend
• Daily vendor direction and prioritization to ensure quick response to plant needs
• Day-to-day management of shipping, receiving, and in plant store locations

Relevant Experience*

•Business resources who play operational roles in a manufacturing facility – be process expert in their job function and know SAP as a business user.

Candidates with experience level in the range of 7-10 years

Mandatory skills*

General Stores Analyst

Knowledge of SAP as a user.
