Education and Experience:

• Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6-8 years of experience delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing business intelligence and analyticssolutions that enable enterprise reporting and data-driven decision-making.
• 5+ years designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise BI dashboards, semantic data models, and reporting platforms using modern tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, MicroStrategy, or similar cloud-based analytics technologies.
• 5+ years of experience working with data warehousing, data modeling (star schema, dimensional modeling),and data integration to support reporting, analytics, and self-service BI initiatives across large-scale projects.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience building interactive dashboards, advanced visualizations, and performance-optimized reports while ensuring data accuracy, governance, and standardized business metrics.
• 5+ years leading or mentoring BI developers, analysts, or cross-functional analytics teams, driving best practices in dashboard design, reporting standards, and BI platform governance.
