The Role • Respond to trouble tickets to ensure application uptime and system performance. • Diagnose and resolve application and system issues, working both independently and as part of a team. • Execute preventative maintenance tasks to maximize system availability and proactively identify potential faults. • Perform routine configuration changes, including user permissions and application settings. • Document all system modifications accurately using a digital change control tracking system. • Conduct end-to-end testing for upgrades and major modifications, followed by on-site installation. What You'll Need • High School diploma or equivalent. • Experience installing and troubleshooting low voltage equipment. • Strong knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary alarm, intrusion systems, and fire alarms. • Working knowledge of network communications and IP addressing. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and time management skills.
