Job Description

Informatica Developer 
Charlotte, NC - Need Locals
We are looking for an experienced Informatica IDMC Developer with strong expertise in cloud-based data integration, ETL development, and API integrations.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter.
Analyze source systems and map data to target applications/data warehouses.
Create and maintain mappings, mapplets, sessions, workflows, and reusable ETL components.
Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities.
Troubleshoot ETL failures and resolve data quality issues.
Optimize ETL jobs for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and application teams to gather requirements.
Support production deployments and provide post-production support.
Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and compliance standards.
Participate in code reviews and document technical designs.
Requirements:
6+ years of Informatica development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter.
Expertise in ETL design and Data Warehousing concepts.
Strong SQL and database development experience.
Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, or DB2.
Knowledge of data modeling concepts (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema).
Experience in performance tuning and optimization of ETL processes.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
Experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS/IDMC).
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Experience with data governance and data quality tools.
Banking or Financial Services domain experience.
Exposure to scheduling tools such as Control-M or Autosys.
